Coming this fourth quarter of 2009 is Palm’s new baby, called the Palm Pixi. It is an entry-level smart phone that features a QWERTY keyboard, 2 megapixel camera with LED flash and many more. Unfortunately it seems to have no wi-fi connectivity. Its price is yet to be announced with Sprint as its carrier in the United States.

Booklet 3G by Nokia

In a very surprising move, Nokia today just announced its bid to the netbook market. Called the “Booklet 3G,” it is loaded with an Atom processor, a 10.1 inch display, bluetooth, wifi, integrated 3G wireless and a hot swappable sim card all slapped into an aluminum case. Based on the video, it seems to be running on Windows 7 with Ovi applications. There’s no word on how much it will cost and the release date, but we are all waiting.

iPhone 3GS Box Dock

iPhone 3G S

Apple just released the newest iPhone called iPhone 3G S, with the ‘S’ which standing for speed. Said to be twice faster than the older generation, the iPhone 3G S sports a 3 megapixel camera with autofocus, longer battery life and the new voice command function. The new iPhone will come in 16GB and 32GB variants starting June 19 in the US. For us on this side of the world, there are no news yet as to when Globe’s launch date is. Hopefully we’ll soon get hold of this device here in the Philippines.

LG Versa

Sometimes a real keyboard is better than touchscreen buttons. Such is the case with the new LG versa that has a removable and re-attachable QWERT keyboard. The versa has accelerometer that allows you to type in landscape mode and to top it, it has a 2 mega pixel camera and a browser supporting macromedia flash – that you can play flash games with. It costs around $200.

iPhone + Katamari = We Love!
